Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing premium recovery products and a reliable shopping experience. Because each device is tested before shipment, we only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.


Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept claims only in the following situations:

1. Item Arrived Damaged or Defective

If your massage gun arrives damaged, faulty, or non-working, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged or defective area
  • photo of the full product, including accessories
  • A photo of the original packaging/box
  • brief description of the issue
  • Your order number and full name

This evidence is required to comply with Shopify and PayPal dispute standards and to validate the claim with our fulfillment partners.


What We Offer

Once your claim is approved:

  • A free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or
  • full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacements typically ship within 3–5 business days.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the nature of our manufacturing and fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Found a cheaper price
  • No longer want the item
  • “Doesn’t feel like I expected”
  • Minor cosmetic differences caused by lighting or screen color differences
  • Misuse or damage caused after delivery
  • Delay in shipping caused by customs, peak seasons, or courier issues (these are out of our control)

This policy aligns with U.S. eCommerce standards and helps protect our store against fraudulent chargebacks.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. The customer must place a new order with the correct address.


Order Not Received (Lost Package)

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement, as Shopify and PayPal classify these as completed shipments.

If tracking shows lost in transit, we will ship a replacement at no cost.


Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll always do our best to assist you. However, because our orders are fulfilled very quickly to ensure fast delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
