VeloThera massage guns and accessories are sold “as is.”
Our devices are designed for general muscle relaxation and wellness purposes but are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, it is transmitted to our fulfillment system immediately.
VeloThera reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
If an order is canceled by us, customers will receive a full refund.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us as quickly as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, because orders are processed rapidly:
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; however, shipping times may vary due to courier delays, customs issues, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
6. Returns & Damaged Items
VeloThera only accepts returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or malfunctioning.
To qualify, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Eligible cases may be resolved through:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial refund
- Full refund (depending on severity and stock availability)
Returns for reasons such as “changed mind,” “ordered by mistake,” or dissatisfaction with expected results are not accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloThera shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, data, or opportunity
- Injuries resulting from misuse or improper handling of the massage gun
VeloThera’s total liability is strictly limited to replacing or refunding items that qualify under our Return Policy.
